First Cohort — Applications Open

A virtual internship where you do the work, not just watch videos.

Your degree taught you to code. It probably never handed you a real work item, a branch to raise a pull request from, or a review that sent your work back. Four weeks of realistic tasks — and a verifiable experience record a recruiter can actually check.

Run by ePool Solutions LLP — building biometric attendance hardware and HRMS software since 2015, used by 700+ businesses. See the proof ↓

We've been building real products since 2015. Here they are.

There are a lot of online "internships" that are nothing more than a certificate for a fee. So before we ask you for anything, here is exactly who we are — and how to check it for yourself.

Don't take our word for it — go and look

Everything below is public and checkable right now. Our oldest product videos are five years old, our customer portal is live, and our hardware is in the field. We'd rather you verified all of it before applying than wondered about it afterwards.

Tracks

Pick where you want to build experience

Realistic work items in your own sandbox — the kind of task a junior engineer picks up in their first month. Assessed against a published rubric, with every record human-verified before it's issued.

Software Development

Write requirements, acceptance criteria and design outlines for realistic product features — then create a branch, make a change, and raise a pull request in your own sandbox repository.

Hardware & QA Testing

Learn to write test plans that cover the normal path and the edge cases, log defects that a developer can actually act on, and tell the difference between "it works" and "it's done".

🔍

Website Testing

Read an unfamiliar system before changing it, review someone else's work and write the review, and use AI assistance the way a professional does — knowing what to delegate and what to verify.

How it works

Simple, async, and on your schedule

No fixed hours, no live classes. Roughly 4–6 hours a week for four weeks, whenever suits you.

1

Get your brief

A realistic work item with context and acceptance criteria — written the way a real ticket is written, not as a textbook exercise.

2

Do the work

Work in your own sandbox. Write the requirements, raise the branch, make the change, open the pull request. A short test after each stage confirms you've understood it.

3

Get it assessed

Your submission is assessed against a published rubric, with written feedback and one chance to revise — the same loop a real review gives you.

4

Leave with proof

A verifiable experience record showing exactly what you did. Every record is human-verified before it's issued.

₹299. One payment, and that's everything. No second phase, no fee for the certificate, nothing to unlock later. A limited number of places are fully funded for candidates who can't pay — just say so when you apply.

🎓

What you leave with: an experience certificate and a verified record of the work you actually produced — publishable as a page at onemindlearning.in/your-name so a recruiter can check it in seconds, or kept entirely private. Your choice, and deletable at any time.

₹299, and that's the whole cost. We're starting small on purpose — tell us a bit about you and we'll email you the schedule, the terms and the payment link.

Applying costs nothing and no payment is taken now — we'll email you the payment link along with the schedule, terms and refund policy. Places are limited because every submission is human-verified. Tell us in the notes if you'd like to be considered for a funded place.
